Sign Up
The process starts when you first sign up. You can sign up on our website via the registration page, or you can send us a message directly!
Paired Up
After learning more about your schedule, your son/daughter, and other important factors, we find a tutor who can help you. This tutor will be able to help with any specific subject that your son or daughter needs help with.
Communication
Afterword, we create a WhatsApp group to establish direct communication between the parents, the tutor, and also a facilitator. A bilingual facilitator plays a fundamental role in enabling fluid and effective communication between parents, students and the tutor. Using two languages, the facilitator acts as a linguistic bridge, ensuring that all conversations and details are conveyed with clarity and mutual understanding. They also have experience within Pathway to be able to assist in the first sessions they have with the tutors!
Tutoring
After establishing communication, the tutor and parents choose the location, time and number of tutoring sessions per week. Then the tutoring sessions begin!
